Planning and Development

Our team has earned a reputation as a first class developer in Central London, delivering more than 50 new build and refurbishment projects, totaling 2.5 million square feet across all asset classes.

We manage developments from inception to completion: identifying the opportunity, assessing feasibility, assembling the site, securing planning consent, managing the construction process and finally leasing them to transform them into stabilized investment assets.

Development projects benefit from the team's extensive experience and long standing, high level relationships within London's planning environment assisting with the planning process.

We have been able to crystallize significant value gains and de risk business plans prior to construction by disposing of assets following the receipt of consent.
